Apollo Global Management inks big lease deal in Miami’s Brickell
New York-based Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) inked a big long-term lease for its permanent location in Miami’s financial district. The private equity giant and alternative asset manager secured 24,000 square feet at 701 Brickell, a Class A office tower currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation. This will be the firm’s second permanent location in South Florida, joining its Palm Beach operation.
